Additionally, SMS opt-ins and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with any third parties or affiliate companies for marketing purposes.

Information Collection 

We will ask you to provide your personal information to us when we are creating an underwriting file for the purpose of obtaining insurance coverages.  We will also ask you to provide your personal information to us when you send an e-mail to us from this website. When you enroll for an insurance policy at Mealey Insurance, we will ask you to provide your name, home address, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address. This information will be provided to the insurance company when you purchase an insurance policy so they can establish you as a policyholder. We will maintain a record of your information at the offices of Mealey Insurance so we can provide you with policyholder service. The employees of Mealey Insurance are each required to sign and acknowledge a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement. Each employee has been instructed on maintaining the privacy of each customer and the importance of protecting the customer's personal information.

When you purchase an insurance policy from or through Mealey Insurance, payment of premiums is done via your credit card, personal check or Electronic Fund Transfer. Industry standards require that payment information is retained on file for certain transactions.   

When you send us an e-mail from this website, you will provide us with certain personally identifiable information including your e-mail address.
